Application & Prospectus are available at the Office
of the Registrar and could be sent by post for Rs. 1500/-
payable as a challan at any of the ICICI Bank of India,
mention FC-CMC-V on the challan (or) as a challan in any
CORE BANKING branch of SBI, payable to A/c No. 10507877084
 favouring "CMC Vellore Association" (or) Demand Draft in
favour of "CMC Vellore Association" on any scheduled bank,
payable at Vellore. Send request letter for the Prospectus
and Application forms for Higher Specialty Admissions 2008
with full postal address inclusive of pincode,
phone number & email (if available) to The Office of the
 Registrar, CMC Thorapadi PO, Vellore 632002.
