Passed Matriculation (10th standard) or equivalent examination with Science (Physics + Chemistry) and Mathematics.

Seats are reserved for SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman and their wards as per Govt, of India rules.
4. Stipend & Scholarship:
Poverty-cum-Merit stipend of Rs.100/- per month is given to 25% of trainees and Merit scholarship of Rs.125/- per month is awarded to 4% of trainees as per Govt, of India rules.
5. How to obtain application form:
The applicant may obtain prescribed application form in his own name from the office of the Principal, Model Industrial Training Institute, Choudwar, Cuttack-754025 on payment of Rs.25/- in cash or by sending an uncrossed Indian Postal Order of Rs.25/- drawn in favour of D.D.O. MITI, Choudwar payable at Chodwar post office along with a self addressed envelope 10 x 23 cm. size with Rs.5/-postage stamp affixed on it.
